Review Generation for Remodeling Contractors

Let your past clients close your next project.

Before they let a crew into their home for months, homeowners read reviews carefully, and Google weighs them heavily in local rankings. We build a simple system that asks every happy client for a detailed review at the right moment.

Sound familiar?

Where most remodelers get stuck.

01

Too few reviews

Happy clients rarely leave reviews unless someone asks at the right time.

02

Vague reviews

"Great job!" does less than a review that describes the project.

03

Silence on bad reviews

An unanswered complaint says more than the complaint itself.

Requests you could send us.

Reviews and reputation is part of every partnership, not an add-on. Here are examples of the requests a remodeling company might send, one at a time, whenever it needs them.

  • 2"Draft a response to a tough review"
  • 3"Add a reviews section to every service page"
  • 4"Ask last year's clients for reviews"

Questions

Good to know.

Can we offer incentives for reviews?

Google and the FTC prohibit incentivized reviews, so we don't use them. A well-timed, personal request works better anyway.

Can you remove bad reviews?

We can flag reviews that violate platform rules. For legitimate complaints, a calm, professional response is usually the best repair.
